The conclusion of the Lanier Golf series. Thanks for following along with me. I will be giving this to the club in appreciation for letting me have a few hours out on the course. The question is: should I mat it or not?

I believe majority of golfers ,even some who have played for years will experiences the injury during playing and frequently injured body parts are the wrist, shoulders, knees, waist, etc. Some of them are more serious. Prevention is better than cure
